Al-Hidaayah Foundation is focused on an ambitious and visionary project to create a purpose built Education Centre at the heart of the Muslim community in Keighley.

This new establishment will cater for Muslim brothers and sisters, old and young, within Keighley and in the wider community. We aim to provide a sanctuary for prayer and knowledge that will preserve the Islamic identity, encompass the true beauty of Islam and unite us to attain success and goodness.

We believe that this Centre will greatly complement existing facilities in the vicinity and meet the spiritual, social and civic needs of Muslims across Keighley. We aim to realise the Islamic community’s potential in providing services and contributing to the well being of the residents of Keighley.

The Maktab emerged from the need to create an environment that will enable local Muslims to fulfill their religious duties, raise their families and reach out to society at large. The Education Centre provides prayer facilities for men & women

The educational project aims to provide a caring learning environment for our pupils and to provide both basic and elementary Islamic education to children irrespective of their race, colour, ethnicity or geographical background. Our teachers are English speaking and are UK qualified scholars who have undergone CRB checks and child protection training.

Our intention is to create and maintain an atmosphere that promotes teaching, learning and achievement at the highest level. Thereby enabling every individual the opportunity to acquire and develop the knowledge, skills and understanding that will prepare and facilitate them throughout their life.
